I thought this was a lovely little you shop but after over hearing the shop assistant tell another customer very unprofessionally and with a lot of attitude "You look with your eyes not your hands". The customer had a 2 year old and was clearly trying to show the child the toys. The child was not misbehaving, just having fun. It was extremely unprofessional and I left the shop after that. You are a toy shop. I don't know what you expect children to want to do when they see a toy shop but I know I won't be purchasing from you and I hope you don't speak to people like that again because it's extremely unprofessional and just plain rude.
Upon my visit at the toy store it was brought to my attention how rude the staff (female ) was. She sent my peers ( all over 12 ) out of the store because they were too childish and without an adult which I deemed was fair. However the manner in which she follow them out of the store and raised her voice at them was disgusting. When we later entered with adults, she followed us around and once we were leaving she shooed is out, while constantly checking on us outside of her property. Definitely do not recommend this store due to the staff, and overpriced products.
Good selection of toys, mostly good quality and wooden. Some very interesting ones I have not seen elsewhere. Staff a bit gruff and a little over priced.
One of my favorite shops in Berry !! Been going here for years to buy schleich!! Lovely people very welcoming and nice, can be expensive but the toys are all great and pretty interesting 5 stars!!
I love this shop! I went with a friend , the staff are so fun and friendly, they happily showed us all of the selection for my 3 years old niece. Nothing was a problem, And the products were just what I was looking for. It is the most colourful toy shop Ive ever been in, and I wish I New about it sooner!! The toys are nothing like Ive ever seen before, and such great quality. The puppets were my favourite. So realistic and extrordianry! The lovely staff were really clever motioning the puppets as if they were real. Now that is something I would even pay for! I will definitely be coming back to this shop for Christmas and many times to come. I wish there was a happy and bright/ colourful shop in Sydney. I was very impressed for a small town. Berry is now my absolute favourite place to visit, especially now Ive discovered this beautiful shopThank you ladies for your great customer service!
