Always a friendly and helpful experience. Have never felt uncomfortable while browsing nor had a bad experience with any of the staff.
My wife and I were surveying the selection of windchimes on display outside the store. Our three year old son was looking at the chimes and gently touching them to hear their different sounds. The owner came out the front and rudely told us, "Don't let him touch them, mate". He did not greet us and failed to even acknowledge my wife. Mr Shambalaa, I hope you enjoy profiting off cultural appropriation and ripping off tourists.

Today I had specifically gone into the store to purchase some Sage. My husband and I read a sign that said not food or drink so he stood outside with our ice creams. My husband called into the shop and said your ice cream is dripping I stood outside the door way and licked the ice cream. He rudely commented he cant come in with those! I cannot believe the rudeness of this man. My husband didnt step foot in his shop. In addition he hadnt greeted or acknowledged me once in the store until this comment. Far from good energy coming from this store which is meant to be spiritual.
