Food was good price not to bad friendly staff
We had breakfast at Berry Jetz this morning, to be honest, I don't think we'll be back. We were told several times that they 'have table service' but once seated it took forever for someone to actually come and take our order. The menu is very limited and the food, when we eventually got it, while not a total disaster, was not that great. We should have checked out the reviews before we went.
Terrible service and food. Experience start with going to the counter and being told to sit down, we then attempted to order a simple sandwich and were rudely told we needed to wait 5 minutes until the lunch service beings. We then waited 15 before being able to order. When the food finally came they brought the wrong sandwich and did not apologise. I then waited another 45 minutes before getting what looked like microwaved cheese on bread. The waitress was rude and unapologetic, and the food was extremely over priced.
Very poor service, staff is cranky, food is not very nice and expensive for what it is. Would not go back !
Very small menu not everything stated on the menu. Cranky staff, took order really quickly but then items never arrived and coffee i ordered never turned up. Very over priced for quality of food
