Called looking for a part on a weekend cycling trip away. Was informed that the part was in stock but would not be sold to me because I wasn't a "customer".One star rating is too much for the poor customer service in my experience.
Cannot begin to thank Paul, Meghan, Will and last but certainly not least..... Lola. These guys have been so unbelievably helpful and awesome at getting me out on the road and dirt. It's rare that you get top level knowledge and truly personal service, but these guys have it in spades. There's not enough thanks I can give.
